The event, organised by training provider CATCH, brought together businesses looking to showcase their apprenticeship opportunities. Grayton spent the entire day engaging with potential candidates, offering insights into the company’s operations and the structure of its apprenticeship programmes.

Representatives from Grayton were on hand to discuss the company’s expertise, career prospects, and the benefits of apprenticeships for those seeking a hands-on approach to learning and development. The event provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to explore career pathways and ask questions directly to industry professionals.

“We are always keen to support the next generation of skilled workers. Events like this allow us to connect with motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop within our industry” says Amy Cook, Training Manager and Apprentice Coordinator.

The Apprenticeship Open Day proved to be a successful platform for businesses and aspiring apprentices alike, reinforcing the importance of vocational training in shaping the future workforce.
